feather loss /mites

having the same problem with my pied he was scratching and now I noticed others scratching I think its mites so I will treat for this unless someone else has any ideas

If you are using Ivermec Pour-On give 0.40ml on the skin divided between the shoulders, under the wings and vent. I also like to give a very small drop behind the crest for face lice. I have never seen mites on peafowl, only lice.
do you have a ratio of ivermectin pour on that I could mix and spray that would be easier for me

No, because it has to be applied to the skin. You can consider giving the injectible in the feed. We make a wet mash as a treat and put the correct amount per bird in the mash. It works as long as the birds eat all of the mash.
