Feather loss on hens at base of tail

I just noticed a few of my almost 1 year old hens loosing feather at the base of their tails (see attached pictures). Is this a sign of bullying or are they sick? I have 1 silkie rooster in my flock.

Looks like the rooster has been giving the hens a little too much attention. How many hens do you have ?

How much space do you have in your coop? If they’re aren’t molting maybe they’re bored plucking..

My coop is pretty roomy, they have plenty of room to get away from each other

Definitely the roosters' fault! 2 roos for 7 hens is alot of rooster for the hens.

Possibly the rooster, but it looks more like feather pecking/plucking to me. Are all of the hens like that ? If not those in perfect feather are the peckers.

It looks like what one of my hens get during roosting (picking) from the other hens. Right at that same spot. Only one hen.
