Feather loss

Hello. I have six city hens, and they molted as normal in the autumn, but now two of them have lost large numbers of feathers. One has a completely bare neck and the other a large bald spot in the hollow behind the neck. I've looked for mites/lice by checking their faces (where I saw them the last time we had them) but didn't see any. What could be the cause of this?

I have a video showing the feather loss, but I had trouble uploading it.

Also look around their vents(butts) and under wings for bugs.

One of them molted with the others and never grew back her feathers, the other molted, regrew, and now is losing them again. I tried to get pictures but my camera can't take a fast enough exposure to stop them from being so blurry that you can't see anything. My chickens like to move

As I said, I took a video, but I'm having trouble uploading it. I tried using photobucket, but it wouldn't work, so I'll try a different hosting site.

Throw some scratch on the ground and get some photos while they are standing their eating.

Continue with external parasite investigation. Pictures still needed. What have you been feeding the birds? What temperatures are the birds facing?

I feed them layer pellets, cracked corn, and table scraps.
Temperatures got down below freezing today for the first time this year.
