Feather Loss

I don’t know what this could be. I have one hen who has never molted who is bare down the middle and has some threadbare feathers like that. She is a feather eater and plucks one of her flock mates on the back, so I’ve wondered if she plucks and eats her isn feathers (though I’ve never seen her do it.) How often do your girls get access to that beautiful lawn?

I've had a girl plucking her own feathers too. They have plenty of room in their coop, have calcium and grit, 16% feed, treats with black sunflower seeds and run in a large garden space as well. She seems healthy, eats and drinks fine and isn't being bullied. Not sure why she is doing this. The other 6 girls are looking fine. Seems to be no explanation??
