this chick hatched out today a few hours ago.its dry and hatched w/0 any problem.but it looks like it is barely feathered on its back.we had a power loss on day 15,but it hatched on time.is this a incubation problem or just something that happens? Its a phoenix cross.

Just something that happens... I had a Heritage BR roo that hatched like that.
