is this feather pecking? It is back of her head, i only found 3 feather in the run. They are broken off, not pulled out. Only on back of her head. I have not seen her flockmates do this. No wounds. She is having a flare up of MG. Do i give her antibiotics every time she has a flare up? She hasnt laid egg in 6 days and not eating as much as usual. Thanks for the advice.

Looks like picking.

Do you have a rooster?

Do you have confirmed MG in your flock? If she's having difficulties with MG Symptoms, then treating her like you normally do may help her out. What do you use?
@wyori do not have a rooster. I have confirmed ibv in my flock. I did not send in her blood sample for mg. She has bubbles in her eye, little appetite. Low in pecking order. In the last year, the bubbles have been present 3 times. I treat her with baytril.

IBV is I assume Infectious Bronchitis Virus? An antibiotic would not help with a Virus.

Bubbles in the eye could indicated Mycoplasma which is a bacteria-like disease, so an antibiotic could help with symptoms.

If Baytril is what you use and normally symptoms responds to it, then you are dealing with bacterial or bacteria-like infection. Hopefully by treating her again, her symptoms will improve.

Unfortunately, it does sound like this is chronic, so you may have to treat her periodically when she becomes asymptomatic.
