i have a RIR that has been pecked so much by my silver laced Wyandotte that her bottom is bare. My one other hen, a welsummer, started pecking her, too. She’s still acting normal and laying daily. Outside of applying blu kote, making sure they get extra protein, providing boredom busters, and calcium and grit. Are there any other recommendations? I attached a photo...

I wish I could help! Unfortunately I know little about pecking:(

Following...my Plymouth Rock has done the same to one of my RIRs. Her bottom looks like your gal’s. I’ve heard some say put Vicks in their feathers as that deters the others from pecking. I haven’t tried that yet but soon will as I’m starting to get desperate.
