Feather pecking

Hello out there
I have been raising chickens for some time now, on my third small back yard flock . This time around one of my hens will not stop feather picking the other hens I have been spaying the other hens with hot peck for mouths. and tried other stuff as well. she will not stop. My other hens have lost all the feathers on there asses
now there all starting to get scabs and bleed. It's getting really bad. She's a Golden laced wyandotte

Besides cutting her head off, what can I do to stop her.

Cut her head off and make her a nice soup. If you give her away, she will peck someone else's hens........Don't feel bad about it because she is really hurting the others.......
