Feather picking-what to do?

Well, she laid this morning. It was a white-banded egg (after a bit of research). Could that be due to illness or the stress of confinement and being moved to a new coop day before yesterday?

And should I keep an eye out for a second egg from her today? I am thinking I'm going to toss this one, as I'm still not 100% sure if her feather loss was due to bullying or if she's not feeling well. I do know that the others were pecking at her bald patches, and that they're running up either side of her (almost following the wing line on the side of her breasts and legs).

She is eating and drinking though, and I added about 25% supplement-to-feed-ratio poultry booster to her flock raiser 20% feed and mixed in some oyster shell as well (because I know flock raiser is lower in calcium).
