Feather plucking

Half my flock of eight are being seriously plucked in their necks. Can’t pin down the culprit, but in the meantime need to treat the plucked necks. I have Vetricyn Poultry and Rooster Bokster Pick No More. Can I safely treat the wounds w/Vetricyn and then apply the Rooster Booster over the Vetricyn to discourage ongoing plucking? Has anybody tried this?

Yes, but picking is a symptom of something else, such as unbalanced diet, boredom, stress , tight quarters, parasites etc
