I have had a few hens with bare spots from being plucked/pecked at and they have grown back... Little baby feathers started to grow back in after a created some boredom busters and now that they are out more its not such an issue. I guess im not to sure since i have not gone through a molt with my hens yet but I do know that I have seen their feather grow back.
