Feather problems with frizzle girls

Hello,

I would like to know if someone could help me find what the problem could be with my year old frizzle girls.

They're from frizzle serama rooster and pure d'Uccle hens (one frizzle gene only). They alway had nice feather type but since about a month, feathers are all brittle with no barbs on it. They look awful. Any idea why? Pictures are before and now.

Yes. But their back is intact, it happen only on their wings.

I was asking because my frizzled girl is looking the same way right now. Empty patches on her wings but nothing on her back. On my girl it is from mating.
