Feather Sexing Day Old Chicks?

Can you really do this? I've heard a few people can do it with any breed? I have Orps and Ameraucanas. . . should I even bother trying?

I don't remember how to do it now... but years ago it usually worked for my two barred Rock X. I got them at two days old. Looked at their wings and said, pullets. I was right but it is never a sure fire way to tell.

thats my only sure fire way of doing it. I havnt been wrong yet on 1 week and younger. I've been doing it for 2 years.
