Can all standard breeds be feather sexed? Also, for how long is feather sexing possible after the chick is born?

feather sexing is possible with all standard regular feathered chickens.

there are 2 times to feather sex:

when they are one day old

&

when their hackle and saddle feathers grown in (the neck feathers and the feathers right in front of their tail)

The only reliable way to feather sex (I assume by the wing feather lenght method) is within 3 days of hatching and only if one parent has only the slow feathering gene and the other the fast feathering gene. Otherwise it is not reliable.
