Featherless rump on chick?!

This 2 week old barnevelder has been with the roughly 2.5 week old barnevelder, and she has no feathers or down on her but.

Do you think the older one was picking out her down feathers??

I did have to use hydrogen peroxide on her because she had poo on her bellybutton. Do you think that the hydrogen peroxide dissolved her down feathers?
