feathers all around: is this normal?

Newbie here...I have 4 11-week old chicks. There are feathers all over the coop and run lately--just in the last week. Not hundreds...but I'd say I find a dozen or so every day.

Is this a bad thing? The feathers seem to be from the easter egger, who is at the bottom of the pecking order, but I also find an equal number of black & white feathers, which could be from either of the 2 barred rocks, who seem to be the bosses

Chicks all look fine.

Is this normal? Are they fighting & I don't see it? I see the same amount inside (they are only there at night) and out in the run.

Really? Are they old enough? Haha, they just got these feathers!

Do they molt the same time each year? Once/year? I don't know much about this part. Or any part, really, but I'm learning!
