Feathers aren't right UPDATE W/PIC

I wanted to post an update on this, not that anybody has been losing sleep wondering or anything.....

It has been about 9 days since my original post. Since then I have taken this chick out of the brooder during treat time to make sure that the others couldn't shut it out from the extra protein served. I scrambled an egg or served tuna every day and gave the little one a portion that would fill it's crop. I noticed an improvement after a couple of days. Today the feathers are still rough looking, but as you can see, much better.
The chick is still much smaller than the other 3, and IS a victim of some pecking, but otherwise is living a healthy active chick life.

Compared to the pic posted above, you can see the improvement. I'll continue the separate protien serving until they go out to the coop next week.
