Feathers coming is slow

My babies are a week old now and some of my frizzed cochins wing feathers are barely visable. Why do some grow in slower than others? Most of my others are grown in enough that you can tell that they are going to be frizzles already.

Breed can have something to do with that. I have some 2 month olds and they have all grown at different rates. The slower ones are now catching up. Don't think it's anything to worry about. Good Luck
