feathers every where ... help

well im not 100 percent sure but i never see them fighting or pecking one another... I have one sexlink that pecked but i got rid of her... the feathers i have seen was every where and it was some of my comets to... im pretty sure its not from pecking just because it just started and ive had all them for months now , no added chickens in several months..i think they have been molting i havent gotten a good dose of eggs in a few months now.. I hope is almost over , iim tired of buying store bought eggs.. yuck!! But just say it was them pecking what do i do about that and how can i be sure that its that?
