Feathers everywhere

I have four 14 week old Barred Rock hens. Every day I see new feathers laying on the ground in their run. I don't hear them fighting or bullying each other ~ I might hear a loud squawk every now and then but no actual fighting and I don't see any bare spots on any of my girls. Is this normal? Is it just part of their 'baby feathers' coming out while their 'adult feathers' come in? Thanks in advance for the advice. Teresa

That is exactly what your are seeing, a juvenile molt. They go through three molts while growing up.
