Feathers fell and plain skin

Got a tonic from a shop saying birds feathers growth. Is it good?

In post #6 you mentioned that you thought they were getting excessive vitamins in the feed.
The contents of this supplement contain all the vitamins chickens are known to need as well as vitamin C. However it has no minerals or amino acids. Sulphur amino acids like methionine and cysteine are needed to regrow feathers.
Be very careful with vitamin supplements since too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
As we stated, feathers likely won't regrow till after a molt. You can give all the protein you want but you won't see any change till then.
When do chickens molt in India?
 
I don't know moulting seasons. As I never seen them naked. Feathers used to drop and at the same time new feathers will grow.

Based on all feedbacks I think,
all it majorly need is protein so I'll get some fly termite and provide them.

Extra protein would definitely help. You may want to separate the roosters until the hens recover. Feathers are very sensitive when they are growing in, and they will appreciate not having any roosters around to bother them.
