Feathers Flying?

My Rhode Red is 26 days old. She is almost completely feathered in accept for her head. When she flaps, sometimes white puffs fly into the air, feather peices. Is this normal? Is she shedding feathers or somthing?

Yea, it's normal. It's either the chick down coming off, or the new feather sheaths.
