Hi!
I’m noticing the feathers on most of my flock look strange. I’ve looked for mites and lice and haven’t found anything. Is this a nutritional deficiency or some other parasite?
Just want to add that I do know one of my roosters has been aggressive this spring but the roosters feathers look like this also.
Thank you!

This is either rooster damage, or feather picking, or a combination of both.

The tips of the feathers look stringy. On the roosters too. Is that from pecking at each other?

They are a little over a year. A couple of them molted but not all of them.
It's probably just raggedy old feathers that haven't been molted yet. They lose luster when the feathers become old.
