Feathers missing/broken on two chickens

Hi. I’ve never experienced this in my years of chicken tending. I have two jubilee orpingtons that have missing and broken feathers (see pics). Vents are clean and no visible mites or lice and they have never been on the ground as they are in our giant 8’ x 4’ brooder right now. I don’t think the others are bullying but it could be possible. They are on 18% protein and are feed black solder fly larvae daily. Any ideas? Thanks for reading.

Any chance of getting them into a larger space? To me it looks like they are being feather pecked/plucked.

Yes, we are in the process of transitioning them. I will have hubby push the schedule up more as that’s probably the case. Thanks for the feedback.
