Feathers missing from the Base of the neck

Hi!
I'm still pretty new at raising and maintaining chickens.
My flock would be about a year old now. A little more maybe, and I noticed several months ago that one of my hens neck was becoming bare. Now it is happening with a few more.
Are they molting?
They are all still laying really well. They don't appear to be picking at each other.
Maybe they have a mite or something?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated so I can get this flock back to normal.

Do you have a rooster? If you do, a possibility is that your rooster is over mating.

Check if they have lice or mites. Try dusting your hens with mite powder to kill any of they do have them you can normally see them crawling around when you part the feathers. Good luck
