I have two black australorp that are 12 weeks old that are missing feathers on thier backs. One( that we think is a boy) is worse than the other. Only these two have this problem. It looks like the feeathers are bieing plucked right out. Is there something I can put on my chickens to help them heal and try and keep the other chickens from plucking out more??

It looks like feather picking. Give them something fun and distracting to do (forage cake, treat ball, ect.). As they get older the rooster might get a "favorite" or be rough with the hens. You can buy the hens "Hen Saddles" to prevents roosters from hurting the hens' back.

Added: If it gets bloody, clean it off, put some Neosporin on the wound, then add something called "Blue-Kote" on top of it.
