Nov 2013 my rooster started loosing feathers on his neck. It is now march 2014 and his neck is almost bear and his feathers are not coming back. His skin is pretty red, i have put antibiotic ointment on it and vasoline to keep it from frostbite. This is not normal is it? It does not look like he is being pecked, there is no blood. Insee a few new feathers coming in and then they fall out. Thanks for any info
