Noticed today my mallard duckings are getting their blue wing feathers in, ones feathers seem to be coming in sticking straight out instead of laying down. What would cause that?

I'm new to ducks, but from what I have read, sounds like it could be Angel Wing. Do a search on it!! You can fix it if caught early. But please read up about it because like I said, I'm a newby!!

Thanks. Did a search and found the info, it does look like that's what it is. Going to see if I can wrap it today.

Let us know how it goes! If you can get a picture of the duck wrapped up, I'd love to see it. I haven't had to deal with angel wing yet, but I'd love to be prepared if it ever comes up. I've heard that it's caused by too much protein in the diet. What are you feeding them?
