Feathers???

So 4 days ago I brought home some new chicks from tractor supply. Two are black and white bantams with feathered feet and legs, no black skin so not a silky. My question is that these two, their wings do not lay flat against their body…they are not hot…their wings are always like this and everyone else is what I would call normal. Pics are not the

best because they are fast!!! Is this beginning signs of a frizzle???? (Secretly hoping so) let me know what you think!!!

Its hard to tell, but it sure looks like it could be a frizzle! Im not an expert, but they sure are cute!

Hard to tell in your photos but they could be frizzled Cochins.
Assuming they have single combs and yellow legs.
You will know better as the wing feathers grow in.
