I just recently have gotten into the swaps. I was in the pot holder swap and when I signed up I thought you went out and bought a pot holder and mailed it out. THEN I fugured out alot of people were making them. So I figured out how to make pot holders and sent them. Now I signed up for this swap. And I have already went out and bought towels to ship and they will ship "as-is". Besides applica(know I spelled that one wrong) and making something at the top to hang them from, what else can you do to "make" a towel. Was just wondering if I will be the only one to ship a standard factory towel.

The ones I sent were made "Special" by hand by someone, but then I bought them from her..... I'm not crafty when it comes to sewing and knitting. LOL

You don't have to "make "anything in the swaps....I think many of us sew or embroider, or something so we do that. But by no means feel like you HAVE to make something!. That being said, most of us like home made stuff, so we're usually grateful to receive it!
I have bought nice towels and sent them, and I have decorated towels and sent them, and I have embroidered towels and sent them...and each time the recipients (I think!) we happy to get them....so do what you have time and talent for!!! ANything goes!!!

BIG THANK YOU TO PADDOCK36
