We are going to get our chicks hopefully in feb is this ok just i dont want to get them in early we are going to put them in a brooder obviously.

also at what time do you start letting them out, and if feb is dodgey what time do we get them out in feb, so like if it was 1 week in warm months it would say be 3 weeks in feb

I've gotten chicks in January and they went outside on a 50 degree day at the beginning of March.

thanks umm what week/ day do you let them out e.g day 13 or week 8

They were hatched about Jan 21 and they went out at around 5 weeks old, I guess. The day was sunny and springlike, although cool. They didn't get to stay out all day, but they had a blast.
