FedEx won't ship my chicken for necropsy!! What do I do??

I thought I read that typeA is anything that is infectious to people or animals....

I would recommend speaking to the lab where you are shipping the bird for guidance. It's their job to properly take care of and handle these things.

That looks to be a UK company. Am I wrong?
The diagnostic lab I use in MO, and probably most or all in the US use FedEx. They already have an account with FedEx so it makes it pretty simple. You can even schedule a pickup and they'll come to your house or place of business to pick up the sample.
