feed bag got wet

It's been very rainy here and a big bag of feed got wet before I could put it up. Now it smells fermented. Is this dangerous to feed my hens? If so, can I compost it so it's not a total waste?

Dont feed! Will get moldy and is not good for them. Compost is good though
