just sent 4 fat broilers to the fridge, 2 will go to freezer camp on sunday and 2 will end up fried, baked, or stewed???? just cant decide!!!
 
frying 2, making caldo out of 1 for later this week, and the other is getting a toe tag , a body bag and a one way trip to deepfreezleburg

I am not so good at cutting up the chicken so give me a little slack, I only did the wings legs thighs and breasts the backs got tossed in the stock pot with the other bird!!

They look perfect to me! Are these cornish crosses? How old are, er, were they?
 
7 weeks 2 days from the day they landed here, from Ideal, the chopped parts are soaking in milk and will hit the grease in a lil bit!!

I havent even made the gravy yet and I do declare this to be the BEST fried chicken I have ever made, and not to toot my own horn but I am a pretty darn good cook!!!
