Feed for 11 week old

So... I’m new to owning chickens and recently got an 11 week and an 18 week old pullet. I also have laying hens, but it didn’t even occurr to me that the pullets need to be fed a different feed than the big girls. They’ve been eating layer feed for about a week now..

What should I feed the pullets instead? And did I do serious damage to them by letting them eat that for a week?

Growers feed would be ideal for the pullets, but don’t sweat a week on layers feed - they’ll be fine.

Any of the following is fine (and differences in name is mostly by manufacturer): grower, all flock, hatch to hen.

No you haven't done any damage. Switch everyone to an all flock or grower and have crushed calcium available for your hens. I nailed an old bread pan to the wall of their house for this.
