FEED FOR 14 week olders?

Right now I have all of my 14 week old chickens on the purena starter/grower. I know I will eventually have to switch to layer though. when would be a good time to make the transition?

At point of lay. Usually right after the first one starts to lay. Of course you can use your grower until it is gone. If you have a bunch of grower left suppliment with oyster shell until it is gone.
