Feed inside or outside or both?

Food is in my coop but water isn't. I can't seem to buy a waterer that doesn't leak.

I keep the food in the coop - when I let them out into the run, I keep the coop door open so they go in and out whenever they want to feed. The coop is elevated - and I think this reduces the chance/amount of rodents. I keep a water inside the coop and a larger one outside the coop. Each morning and evening, I throw scratch into the run ..just enough for them to have a treat, scratch around and to ensure they eat it all.
