feed is stuck

my little roo eats alot but when he doesnt eat,he keep it in his troat. After it looks like he has trouble swallowing and when you open his mouth you can see food.He does swallow but it takes time and most of the time I help by pushing it down.

Can you see anything else in his mouth or throat?
white or yellow looking stuff?

Might have gapeworm?

nope just food,I am using the wormer for the water and did give him a wormer pill.it is a little less but I got scared.
