Feed lasting

Maybe 2 bags the first month - depends though -- chicks are notorious for wasting their feed! I always feel like they waste more than they eat, the first week or two, the stinkers.
I know right! Mine would throw the food out with their beaks and then eat it off the floor 🤦‍♀️

How long would a 50lbs pound bag of feed last 27 chicks
or how many bags a month would i need

A common estimate for adult laying hens is 1/4 pound to 1/3 pound per hen per day.
So for 27 adult birds, you'd be buying another bag of food every week or so.
It only takes a few months for them big enough to eat that much.
(And Cornish Cross eat a lot more than that while they're growing--they require special numbers.)

I don't have chicks lol but I have chick fever and I plan on getting more chickens in a few years and I want to save up money to have enough for everything that i would need .

You could just figure that they'll need a bag every week from the very beginning. They won't, but it'll leave you a little extra money for later when they need something you didn't expect.

I'm sure I've seen a number somewhere for how many pounds of feed to raise a pullet to laying age, but I'm having trouble finding it again. And of course if they waste feed, or rats keep eating the feed, you will be buying more than the amount the chickens actually eat.
