I am expecting my very first flock in no later than the end of the month but my question is about when they graduate to grower feed the one that I have found says pullet grower but I should have 1 cockerel in the batch and i was wanting to know if its okay for him to eat that too?

Has anyone used nutreana nature wise chick starter if so is it anygood and should i get medicated on non-medicated

The name of the feed isn't as important as the guaranteed analysis tag. What is the calcium % and protein % on that tag?
How old are the birds?
I don't have them yet i get them at the end of the month i was just wondering if it made a big difference being it said pullet in the name

I'm currently feeding that in the non-medicated version. Medicated vs. non is a personal choice. I never use medicated but I make sure the bedding is bone dry and feeders are full so they can't get a heavy dose of coccidia in their system.

As I said, there is no way to know why the name has pullet in it. It depends on the calcium and protein percentages.
