Yes I am. I think I might have found turkey starter at 22%. This still may be considered a little low. I am open to suggestions.

I thought so with your oh so European use of grams!
Have a look at Haiths (not sure the rules on posting external links) as they do a high protein crumble. It's 28% in the title, but lists it as 26% in the analytics, but I emailed and they said it was indeed 28%
If you want to order do it early though, I had quite a long anxious wait for mine!

Well got about a 70% hatch rate from james marie farms. Pretty darn good hatch from shipped eggs
