I have a flock of 8 chickens and they just turned 12 weeks old.The #50 bag of starter/ grower is almost empty. Can I start them on layer now or wait untill they eat the #20 bag i bought last night?Thanks- Cody

At first i had them on medicated starter but they flicked the powder all around so i started them on cromble starter and they love it.
