Feed Store Employee Rant!

That is bull! I'm so blessed with my feed store. The manager is a friend of the family. I've known her my entire life and I go to chicken shows with her and her family. I've gone to the store my whole life so I know everyone there. The staff hadn't changed that much over the years. Everyone knows everyone by name and they're a great bunch with excellent prices and a well kept store. I wish you the best or luck in finding a great store.

Thats horrid! Im glad our feed store is always polite and friendly, i probably would havegotten an attitude with him. Im not a people person when it comes to ripping me off on something i need for my animals.

We have a grain elevator by us where we order some of chicks through. Some of the people are so awesome they know every thing there is to know. A guy named Ron is very helpful. but they also have some younger ones that work there, Today I went and picked up my phesants there. I was standing at the door waiting for my husband to finish paying. And there was a box of phesants sitting next to me and the younger guy kept watching me like I was going to steal extras. I order chicks there all the time, Why would I steal?

We were houghton lake one day, and we stopped at TSC and there was an older gentleman there buying chickens, he asked the employee what kind of chickens they were and the guy was like " Uh it's a chicken" So I ended up having to tell him what they were. I just wonder why some stores let people deal with the poultry and waterfowl when they don't know anything! I understand some one knowledgeable might not be there at the time, but hey how hard is to say I'm sorry but I don't know much about the birds.
