Feed with soy vs feed with no soy

I was just wondering but has there been anyone that's tried raising 2 small flocks with different feeds(one that is fed with feed that contains soy while the other does not)? As a means of measuring a difference between the 2 feeds? Or if there is anything I might be missing? I would appreciate anyones input, Thank you

I have not conducted such an experiment.
However, I prefer that my birds not consume soy as the main source of their protein so I make my own mix that uses food grade fish meal as the protein source to help give them more animal protein. I feed this mix fermented and Flock Raiser as a wet mash.
