Is duck feed safe for turkeys? I just separated the ducks and turkey from the chicks. I was just going to move the ducks but the Pekin was super sad so I put the turkey In with them to calm him down. I guess he was super bonded to his chick friends. Back to the point I was going to take the duckS off the starter feed but can mr turkey eat the Purina duck feed? Also it’s a broad breasted turkey and I’d like to control his growth So I can keep him as long as possible.

If it's an All Flock ration it's fine. Otherwise feeding a duck feed short term should be fine. Turkeys tend to bond to whatever they are brooded with.
