Right now Im feeding my 3 month old, pullets and roos, a grower finisher mixed with a layer feed that has more proteins in it. They also have a forage cake to peck at and get dried mealworms once or twice a day. Is there anything else I should be feeding them to help them grow? Or any snacks they will like a lot and are very good for them?

If it were me, I skip the Layer altogether until everyone is in full lay.

I would, however, substitute a high quality, higher protein feed. Lots of choices. Flock Raiser type, or All Flock some makers call it, also a Game Bird grower is usually around 22% protein. I would also offer some calcium source, for the laying hens, on the side. The non layers don't usually mess with the oyster shells too much, as only the layers need the extra calcium.
