Feeding a chick that has one blind eye?

How am I suppose to give it treats, like bread? The little chick can't see out of it's left eye, and I've even tried putting the bread right up onto it's beak. And when I set it on the ground, it doesn't notice it until the other chicks take it and run off with it or the hen will making her feeding noise by the bread.
