I am currently feeding my girls multi-flock starter/grower. I have 2 hens (RIR and EE) 14 weeks old, 3 (BLRW and 2 GLW) 12 weeks and one (blue copper maran) that could be anywhere between 16 and 20 weeks old. She is HUGE! so, should I switch to layer, offer both types of feed or just keep on offering starter/grower and some optional oyster shells? Also, at what point should I switch to layer feed?

I don't ever use layer feed. I have roosters and chicks and non laying hens at any given time, so I just feed and all-in-one type feed (grower or all flock) to everyone. I toss oyster shell in the run if the egg shells start getting thin. I feed eggshells back to the hens daily.
