Feeding a mix gender flock

I also feed a Non-Medicated Starter-Grower or a All-Flock/Flock Raiser crumble, 18/20% Protein.
I offer Oyster Shells and Poultry Grit, each in a separate container.
I have a retired hen, (hasn't laid since spring). I also have 4 hens in molt and 1 that just finished molting about a week ago, and has not yet resumed laying. GC
