Feeding babies

My babies are only a week old. I have them on medicated feed right now. How long should I keep them on it ? The bag claims only one week but I have 50 babies and a 50lb bag. They have only gone thru half the bag so far. Can I feed the rest of it to them and then go to non-medicated ? Also, I have fryers and layers, should they be separated already ?

I can't answer all your questions, but one I know the answer to: Unless your area has grower feed available, you can keep your peeps on the starter. Here is some info on feeding that you will find useful:
